The maintenance lady who always puts her hair in a bun, or ponytail….needs to find a new job or something. I walked outside with my dog who had just peed….this lady starts screaming at me loud as heck saying I need to pick my dogs poop up but she literally just peed? My name is Philip Wilson this place has roaches and silverfish and they claim they spray every Tuesday but it doesn’t fix a thing more came after they “sprayed”
I have lived at the greens in two different apartments since 2021. The property for the most part is clean aside from residents piling trash at the dumpsters because they are lazy or people throwing trash on the ground. I have never had an issue with bugs or flooding but that could be because I am third floor. No real complaints but I am also not picky as a person. DO NOT RENT AT THE GREENS OR THE LINKS AT MUSTANG CREEK (Yes, I lived at both and I truly regret it.) I have no idea why I decided to move into The Greens after everything I went through at The Links, but clearly I wasn’t thinking clearly. Way to expensive for what you get the place is falling apart and the transitions were it turns from carpet to tile cuts my kids feet I put in multiple request to get it fixed or anything covered and they said they don’t do that so I literally had to cover it with duck tape till our lease ends. It’s a nightmare we smell cigarettes all the time and the manager accuses us of smoking we have 2 kids when we tell her it’s someone else in the unit she says no worries just don’t do it again like she wasn’t llostening to a word I say... read more
