Negatives: Residents don’t pick up after their pets. Employees are terrible. They’re always nice when you move in. Won’t lift a finger if you need maintence. Utilities are higher than everywhere I ever lived. Water bill is $70 and electricity is $120 a month because of terrible insulation. I’ve always lived alone and never had the bills be that high. Pay the extra $100 a month and go somewhere else. It’ll be safer and a much nicer apartment. Plus it won’t really be an extra $100 a month since your utilities will be much lowe... read more
