Hi. I'm Larry knight and I'm 63 and i will be living here in April 1st and I love the place and the enterprise Corporation has been wonderful
The new management company that took over is charging prices to replace light bulbs in their apartments. The old management company did not charge to replace burn out light bulbs. This is totally absurd. These Elderly tenants are on fixed incomes living in a ridiculous place as this that also, constantly goes up on their rent. The A/C and Heat is broken more times than it work. I will be contacting 45 News.
