Family lives there and they love it lot matinance being done to keep up the place ,Kool how it's in between golf course.
I want to start by saying this: if you have any other housing options, take them. Do not move into The Greens at Derby. My partner and I had a deeply stressful, disappointing, and at times unsafe experience living there. The management and maintenance staff repeatedly showed that resident well-being was not a priority. From day one, things were broken. Our dryer didn’t work and took two months to fix. It's a alright place better than most locations.
My son and daughter in law lived here and the day they moved in it was dirty and stuff was already broke. It's a nice area but they are poor management. Please don't live here
