Been without a hot water heater for 2 weeks. They keep putting the work off. They got a new hot water heater 5 days ago. Refuse to compensate us for the huge inconvenience. I pay over $1000 in rent and they want me to come up to the front office and use their public bathrooms. I wouldn't ever recommend this place to anyways. Terrible service. They're robbing you. I could have stayed in Wichita for this. And paid less in rent smh

Family lives there and they love it lot matinance being done to keep up the place ,Kool how it's in between golf course.
