I want to start by saying this: if you have any other housing options, take them. Do not move into The Greens at Derby. My partner and I had a deeply stressful, disappointing, and at times unsafe experience living there. It's a alright place better than most locations.
My son and daughter in law lived here and the day they moved in it was dirty and stuff was already broke. It's a nice area but they are poor management. Please don't live here
I do not recommend living here in its current state. To begin, I’d like to acknowledge that the management team is kind and friendly. However, they struggle to clearly explain their own policies when clarification is requested, often directing residents to simply read the policies themselves rather than providing a helpful breakdown. Maintenance is another major concern.
