The Greens apartments are not the place to live. My Ac has been pouring water for months and as I put in work orders maintenance comes and blows out the line and it keeps dripping. No matter what I say they continue to think it's a condensation issue and only do the minimum work required for them to “fulfill” the request. Been waiting for my AC to be fixed for going on 3 weeks now. With no type of compensation or sympathy for the situation from them. Been staying somewhere else for most the month just to have to still pay my full months rent seems like such a scam. Friends and family are in disbelief about this place each time they ask me if my AC has been fixed and I say no. The most frustrating part about it all is that they can’t even give me a day where I can expect it to be fixed.
Mixed opinions. While I was there, the managers were nice (one of the associates had an attitude though, but she left), but there were a lot of maintenance issues. My water heater broke at least 3x and they had to keep fixing it. They said they’ll eventually call contractors to replace the thing, but that didn’t happen. Luckily by the 3rd time, they were able to fix it for the duration of my stay there. Still, having cold water when it’s the dead of winter night was terrible.
