If you were ever wondering what happens on a golf course at night, well it's what you would expect. It's trash. Not far enough from Wichita, keep looking.
Family lives there and they love it lot matinance being done to keep up the place ,Kool how it's in between golf course.
I want to start by saying this: if you have any other housing options, take them. Do not move into The Greens at Derby. My partner and I had a deeply stressful, disappointing, and at times unsafe experience living there. The management and maintenance staff repeatedly showed that resident well-being was not a priority. From day one, things were broken. Our dryer didn’t work and took two months to fix.
