I would give the apartment complex negative stars. Front office people are very rude. As soon as my leased ended I moved out, I would never rent at any of their properties again. I lived by myself with no pets, not a smoker and I took pictures of when I moved out because the placed was immaculate. Plus I made sure to clean very well for covid in the kitchen and bathroom. This company is very unprofessional. My brother and I drove three hours yesterday to look at this complex. We were told by Ashley that they had a 2 bedroom 1 bath that was going to be available December 5th. We viewed a model apartment and told her we would take it. She took down my name and phone number and said she would hold the unit for us until we got our application done online. Took my daughter and her boyfriends application fee than told them they had to be married to live together and wouldn’t give application fee back.

Currently still renting. Front office people are very nice and quick to respond and maintenance as well is very friendly. A first thing I wanna address is how much BUGS & Spiders are surrounding not only my building but in a few different areas of the complex. I requested for my building to be sprayed down many of times and even done it personally myself. Maintenance came 1x and I heard one of them say “ omg that’s a big spider”. Umm you think? Very thing walls and you can here people talk and walk above you. In fact i even heard my neighbor above pee in the toilet. So they are not very thick walls so you can here a lot of people. Office folks were very rude at times and impatient with you. They did however fix things when something would break.
