Viví ahí por 3 años. Las etapas I y Ii son muy viejas, requieren constantemente reparaciones , acumulan polvo, óxido e insectos, las tuberías se tapan, las bañeras tienen hongo y los techos focos de moho, etc...Sin embargo, en las oficinas son muy amables, dispuestos y atentos, y los técnicos respetuosos y puntuales. Las etapas III Y IV son las más nuevas y son las que recomiendo.

If you go there be prepared to have 2 diff people give you 2 diff prices on a 2 bed 2 bath. Had a deposit down but had to walk away since another price was put in the contract. Not good business.
