RecommendedThe Greens at Alvamar has always had a great reputation. I just heard the word that Manny Is the new manager. He is a hard worker and has a lot of drive , the Greens can only get better and better with him in charge . Several of my friends have lived there, and now my son. I have visited and love the pool , it is so clean and inviting. Great place to live!
Manny made my move in a breeze!! love my place, and haven't seen the pool look so good since he's taken over as manager.... looking forward to seeing what else he does as manager.
The office staff/property manager here were so helpful! They were able to answer all my questions and provide me with all of the necessary information about the property/surrounding area. The complex looks very clean and well maintained. Great floor plans are a plus as well!
The assistant property manager Manny is super knowledgeable and helpful- he was quick to respond to any of our queries and was very accommodating of our needs. The property is lucky to have him! We will recommend Manny and The Greens to anyone looking for an apartment in Lawrence!
