Extremely overpriced. Poor communication skills. Many trusts can be created by local lawyers for much less money. They are just as valid and other attorneys may even return phone calls and emails - unlike the Greening Law Firm that just bills for EVERYTHING but unfortunately deserves a very poor score in the customer relations department.
