The flower arrangement that was delivered was significantly different from what I ordered. While I understand the need for an occasional flower substitution, I believe that the customer should be notified when the resulting arrangement is significantly different from what the client ordered. The first photo is the arrangement I ordered (clear vase, red ornaments, white roses ). The second photo with the pinecones is the arrangement that was delivered. Although the recipient was pleased, I as the purchaser was disappointed.
