Don't understand why it's so hard to put trash receptacles away
This is an extraordinary building, in a remarkable setting, administered by a highly qualified and extremely professional staff!
One of the few remaining historic buildings of downtown Omaha's "Jobbers Canyon" and adjacent to the new "Rivers Edge" complex at the Missouri River, The Greenhouse is a great option for downtown living. This restored building has interesting 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with wonderful large windows. The fixtures are showing their age a bit but are certainly more than adequate. I can’t say enough great things about Mason and the Greenhouse leasing experience. We recently moved from Alaska on a last minute job swap. I called Mason 2 weeks out and he was able to give me a run down of the units available, prices, utility (estimates), and all other pertinent information. Once we arrived in town he set an appointment for us and gave us a thorough walkthrough of the property. Needless to say we are very happy new residents of The Greenhouse.
