One of the few remaining historic buildings of downtown Omaha's "Jobbers Canyon" and adjacent to the new "Rivers Edge" complex at the Missouri River, The Greenhouse is a great option for downtown living. I can’t say enough great things about Mason and the Greenhouse leasing experience. We recently moved from Alaska on a last minute job swap. I called Mason 2 weeks out and he was able to give me a run down of the units available, prices, utility (estimates), and all other pertinent information. Ashlee and Mason have been great throughout the moving process. They answered any and all questions that I had! I worked with both of them throughout the process and they’ve done a really good job assisting me. Additionally, the maintenance team was super friendly when I ran into them. The units and location are beautiful and the community is quiet. You’re in the heart of downtown with great views. You’ll find unique units with a lot of different character in each of them. No two units are the same, I love it!
