Lived here from 2025-2026. The HVAC system in the units are very poor, especially on the top floor where I lived. They don’t turn the AC on when it gets hot in the spring. I took a floor poll and other residents agree (pics). They have a very old HVAC system that once AC is turned on, does not turn off until the weather stays cold in the fall. I love the Greenhouse Apartments. I know my neighbors and we look out for one another. What I don’t like is the lack of security,, especially since the park renovations are done. Now we have to contend with the congestion due to new construction that never seems to end. The street noise is an issue for a lot of residents. But I wouldn’t move
I had a great experience. The building is well maintained. Fantastic location and I’m excited to move here.
They were very accommodating and happy to show me around. Very helpful.
