I trusted ******* to provide a 'gorgeous' bouquet (her word not mine) for my mother's 97th birthday and was willing to pay top dollar to do so. I just can't figure out how the arrangement my Mom received cost me $250 ($277 with delivery and tax). Astounding! ******* was unwilling to compromise on price when I voiced my concern to her. Feeling ripped-off and taken advantage of! I will take my business elsewhere in the future. "
