First and last time for me. They advertise they do alterations. I brought 2 dresses to the Punta Gorda store, tried on dresses , no mirror, no platform to stand on as a young man sat on the floor pinning the dresses with safety pins not straight pins. I was unable to look in a mirror to check the length. Waited almost 2 weeks no communication so I called and was told they were ready, picked them up and the girl states “let us know if you don’t like how they turned out” Red Flag!
