First and last time for me. They advertise they do alterations. I brought 2 dresses to the Punta Gorda store, tried on dresses , no mirror, no platform to stand on as a young man sat on the floor pinning the dresses with safety pins not straight pins. I was unable to look in a mirror to check the length. Waited almost 2 weeks no communication so I called and was told they were ready, picked them up and the girl states “let us know if you don’t like how they turned out” Red Flag! Order was 64 days late with no explanation. Never contacted me. I had to drive to their other office in Punta Gorda. I dropped it off at their Port Charlotte office. Would not recommend. 0 stars.
