We had a great time! The bartenders were very nice, but the one we had serving as well was above exceptional! He was patient and gave us time when we ordered apps and our meal together. Big smiles and just happy to be there. Great experience and we’ll be back thank you!🐢
Just wasn’t that impressed with my food for the money I paid
Yanni is the best server ever! He’s always super attentive and takes great care of his tables! Thanks for doing a great job bud!
When we finally got our food it was cold inside. My wife sent her cold broccoli back and they replaced it with raw broccoli that was warm but uncooked. Very disappointed in our meal. Ended up having beer and cole slaw for dinner. I don't think we'll be back.
Absolutely terrible service. Our waitress brought our drinks, one of which was incorrect, took our food order and we never saw her again. 30 minutes went by and we never received our soup or appetizers. We asked another waitress to inquire about the hold up. She never provided an answer. Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere. I won't be returning to The Greene Turtle in Bel Air again.
Good food generally. Was with a large party (41) so some things fell through the cracks. But service was good under the circumstances. I heard the salmon wasn’t very good and both people that ordered it left most of it on the plate. I had the Fleet Street Chicken with broccoli as a side. It was very good and not as heavy as much of the menu. I can’t complain. The place took care of us.
I love being told I’m wrong by the waitress, the bartender and the manager, only to be found correct after further research. I guess “the customer is always right” concept was not taught here.
Amazing customer service. Express service with no wait. Good food with a welcoming atmosphere. I can’t wait to go back for some note fun.
