Food is subpar at best any previous time I've been here and tonight when we made a reservation online for 730 (wing night) we were told our table was called 40 minutes early (30 minutes before we arrived) and given away. We have been waiting for a manager for 10 minutes now. Get your life together Greene Turtle. Being short staffed in the kitchen is no reason for FOH to be rude to anyone. Doubt any of the 9 of us will be back. Magerks has $.50 wings tonight though!

I think that $15.99 pitchers during Sunday football indicates heavy drug use. The manager's response was that it was an AVERAGE of what other establishments in the area charge. Comment is also an indication of heavy drug use!!!
Don't order carry out. Ordered the meal, was given the appetizer. Brought it to the hostess's attention only to be told my order was only served as an appetizer. I had to point the meal out on the menu. Then the manager says she will get the fries for me. I ordered 2 meals, only got one order of fries and after waiting for forever, the meals were cold when I got them home. The restaurant only had five tables full at the time! Horrible!!!!

My friends and I were there for Halloween party that never happened and we were disappointed. We got our pic taken to put on the website but I still haven't seen it up yet

The food was good. I went to this one with my mom and godson after getting his birthday pictures done. I work at the one in white Marsh and asked the server if I was able to use my discount. She asked the manager and then came back and said she could use it for my food only but I had to tell her the name of my general manager. I told her his name and when the check came my discount was not used. Don't tell me that I can use it and then not use it when I gave you the correct information. I gave it a second chance today. Again, our food took almost 45 minutes to come out and then it came sporadically. There were 10 of us and when the server brought my lunch, he cleared the dishes from those who were served first! The place, just like the first visit, was practically empty. Really no excuse.
Awful food and service. Overcharged us and got mad when they brought out the incorrect meal. Tried saying we did actually order it when it was a food that my boyfriend can't even eat. Not one part of our meal was correct. Pretty awful first experience. Many other great restaurants in the area I wish I had gone to.
Excellent Food ! I had the fish tacos. Was surprised at the quality and service.
