Food was great, service for once was also great (thanks Randy) what our overall experience at this location was horrible!

I want to like this place so bad, but it's hard. The food takes way to long to get and the service is terrible. I don't think there is even a manager on site watching the workers. The place is always empty so there's no reason for slow food delivery or slow service.
Food and atmosphere is not bad but once big events happen you get completely ingored by more the half the staff. I tried to flag down the waiter that took my order for the check. After an hour of trying to get any of the workers to help me, I finally got his attention asking if I close out, he decided to tell me that he wasnt in charge of table and walked away. So tell me why I should come back here. Still havent gotten my check as I'm writing this.
