The server was very nice and the food was good. We enjoyed our meal.
Terrible service, great steak dinner and appetizer. My friend ordered a salad and her avocado was spoiled.
The food was great, but the server was not. She was nice, however she rushed us with everything. From the time we were given our menus, till the time she took our drinks, that we were STILL drinking. I can see if they had people waiting to be seated, but there were only 5 or 6 tables that were occupied. This has always been our go to place, but as of right now, I'm not to sure about it.
Went there yesterday afternoon. There was no wait time and we got near the window. The view was amazing and the waitress was very quick and reliable even with a trainee following her. My GF got the burger and loved it. I got chicken and waffles. It was by far my least favorite chicken and waffles I've ever had. Real shame been going here for 10+ years worse experience ever they screwed up our drink order last year we overlooked it and came back this year so this year they ask me for my credit card 1st which i thought was strange but ok then proceded to charge someone elses bill on my card plus my own then tell me no its charged off but my bank said otherwise then the manager tells me 24 hrs the gm tells me 3 days which is it for christs sake then im told sry shes new i get that but why not have someone with experience handle the cr... read more
Waiter was horrible. Me and my son were sitting out on the deck last night and when the waiter finally came to our table he seemed really overwhelmed and it really wasn't even that busy. Took about 15 minutes to get our drinks then almost an hour to get our food had to grab another waiter to ask him to see where are food was. Thank God the other waiter was good but the one we had was horrible and he never apologized.
My family and I had a great time at The Greene Turtle at the beach. Excellent food and amazing view atop the Atlantic Ocean. The Hurricane in a half shell drink was the highlight of our adventure.
