The Greene Turtle started in Ocean City as a place where beer was king and the "menu" consisted of a barrel of peanuts. Over time, we've grown an obsession with making good food and a belief that staying true to ourselves is what matters most. We make hearty food using fresh ingredients and highlight the blue crab dishes that are authentic to the Mid-Atlantic. Gather around and try food that's so good that you'll have to share.

The food was really good as was the service. Always enjoy the atmosphere there. The burgers are one of the best around!!!!!
I hadn't been able to get my wife to go to Green Turtle in quite awhile. On Saturday 04-29-17 we arrived at 6:05 PM we were told there would be a half hour wait. Lots of seats were empty,but I didn't question this. After 25 minutes we went in and were seated in about 5 minutes. We sat at our table 15 minutes never saw a server,while other folks were seated around us and immediately waited on,at this time we walked out. Love the Onion Straws and the service...the Lewes location is close to home
Watch the video from around 9pm until around 11pm one girl behind bars drinking glass of beer guy talking to his friend's don't think anyone wanted to work....just saying not a way to get repeat customers

Great place to eat and drink at. Enjoyed the Cifford Keith Band there.
