I love this place but I've had some recent frustrations. I would really appreciate if you put in times your groomers are available. I also would appreciate it when I ask you when they are available just tell me rather than trying to set a appointment up for just a 5 minute (or less) nail trim. Some people just need to believe when a walk in service is available - they can fully utilize this.
