Customer service is always amazing. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The store is clean and they have so many great brands. We love the self-serve baths. I really appreciate that they are offering store pick-up and delivery during this time of social distancing. They are the best!

We have just recently started using The Green Spot’s services. We have experienced the delivery side and the store. Our Great Dane enjoys all of the snacks, especially the cod skin. The delivery method was smooth and they gave great communication. We have and will continue to recommend The Green Spot to friends and family!

I love this place but I've had some recent frustrations. I would really appreciate if you put in times your groomers are available. I also would appreciate it when I ask you when they are available just tell me rather than trying to set a appointment up for just a 5 minute (or less) nail trim. Some people just need to believe when a walk in service is available - they can fully utilize this. Every time I've had time to come in the past few months they always tell me they don't have a groomer. Doesn't matter if I come in the ... read more
