How Loving and Caring they are There. What a Fun Place to Stop in and Pamper your Babies
My Sophie and I were intoday around 12:30. We both were anxious because it was our first time in. Sophie is going through some serious training right now but hasn’t graduated to going to a spot like The Green spot yet. Today was the day. The individuals that were working were so kind they but my frustrations at ease. We shopped for about 30 minutes and Sophie did great. This store is a must see! Friendly employees, great food and merchandise, and lovely atmosphere. Can’t wait to shop again. Thank you for your kindness.
I love the Green Spot - they are SO HELPFUL no matter what type of product you are seeking for your pet. They sell some amazingly healthy types of pet food and have a great selection of toys and treats. They even sell the only toys my dog plays with - they are the West Paw Rowdies (never get rid of them please!!!). Overall, the Green Spot is an awesome group of animal loving educated people who truly want the best for your pet. Love supporting this place.
My 11 month boy Atlas was needing to run desperately... So we went to our non-usual dog park just for something new. He found the only mud in the whole area and proceeded to roll around in it with another doggo. It was actually A LOT worse than the video makes it look. Shoutout to the The Green Spot Omaha for getting me in so I didn’t have to destroy my bathroom with this nonsense. The tie downs were so helpful, shampoos were glorious, and the dryer so quick. So. Much. Mud. You guys are the best. #DirtAlert

I love love love the green spot!!!! They literally have such an amazing team! Like seriously the best. I’m always happy when I go there which is usually every other week. They always greet myself and my pups by name. My pup absolutely love everyone who works here! It is the only store we go to for the boys!!!!! Thank you so much for being an amazing store!

Amazing customer service. I have a newish puppy and each time I have gone to the Green Spot I have been astounded by how great the service is. They have helped me find different chews to keep the puppy entertained and new puppy food that the puppy will actually eat. When I asked about cat food too they loaded me up with samples. Finding this level of customer service is rare and I am impressed.

Thank you so much for helping get my pup fitted for some boots! We had bought two different pairs (without my dog being there) and after getting them home realized they wouldn’t fit her. I returned today with my dog to exchange them. The worker was very helpful and calm with my dog who is timid. We ended up finding some boots that would work for her.
