I’m out of town for Mother’s Day and this was the one thing I needed to be right. I ordered a pick up on the website at a specific time and the store was still closed. My pickup person had to call and see why they weren’t open yet. As they finallyyy got there an hour later, my flowers were NOT prepared at all. When you want something special be careful when ordering. I ordered something for my mom and was not giving the exact flowers nor the card and birthday pic that was supposed to be with the flower's, I had a family member pick up bc I’m no longer in town I live very far and it was something special and they couldn’t have the decency to make sure everything was correct. 50$ for a bouquet of 5 flowers… crazy just go to Trader Joe’s and get yourself a good 36 ct and some nice filler flowers with that money. Don’t waste your time or money
Had such a great experience with them, they really helped me picking flowers, doing the same day delivery on such a short notice, great customer service and the flowers were really beautiful.
DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST I ordered flowers from Green Room to be delivered on 3/15 for my mother-in-law’s birthday. They sent a message saying that they were delivered, but they weren’t. I called AFTER her birthday on 3/17 and requested either a reimbursement or that they actually deliver the flowers. They promised that the flowers would be delivered immediately. Today is 3/22 - but still no flowers and no reimbursement.
