DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST I ordered flowers from Green Room to be delivered on 3/15 for my mother-in-law’s birthday. They sent a message saying that they were delivered, but they weren’t. I called AFTER her birthday on 3/17 and requested either a reimbursement or that they actually deliver the flowers. They promised that the flowers would be delivered immediately. Today is 3/22 - but still no flowers and no reimbursement.

Omg what a cute place. The Green Room is pure good-energy the second you walk in — the owner is a total vibe, everything feels thoughtfully curated, and the cutest gifts + maker finds are everywhere you look. The prices were honestly super reasonable too, which made it even better. It immediately put smiles on all our faces, and yeah… safe to say I’m officially a customer for life. 🌸✨
I had ordered for my grandmother to the hospital, however she was being discharged sooner than expected. I called and emailed multiple times to cancel my order with no answer. They took the flowers to the hospital anyways and never tried to call when she wasn't there. I live 20hrs away or I would've went to get them myself. The owners refuse to refund me since they were delivered to NO ONE. Waste of $75 at Christmas, highly recommend taking your money elsewhere.
