I purchased a specific arrangement for a dear friends birthday. I asked for a delivery appt and gave her phone number. Not only did they not call for an appt, they sent the flowers out for delivery in the heat of the Arizona desert then brought them back to the shop when my friend was not home. They sent a delivery confirmation email when no flowers had actually been delivered. I was embarrassed when I called my friend and found she had in fact NOT received her gift!
