The Green Organization has been very kind and responsive to our needs. I appreciate it and feel very safe living here at their property for more than 25 years.
Matt was super responsive from the start. He had Mike show me the space the very next day and worked around my schedule without any issues. The entire process had a quick turnaround, which helped me get moved in before the holiday weekend, huge plus. Really nice people, clean suite, and everything was handled professionally. Grateful for how smooth everything went!
I have no complaints renting from the green organization. I have lived at the townhomes on englewood for a year and a half and I absolutely loved it. I ended up buying a house so I’m in the process of moving now and I’m sad to leave for sure. These apartments are beautiful, Sara has always been friendly and kept us in the loop of what’s going on. This was a great place to live as my first ever apartment. Thank you guys for everything.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY FAR AS YOU CAN!! I rented from them for past 6 years, paid my rent with out being late even when I lost my job during covid, I signed up originally because they had a promotion which was free 1st month and last month rent which is stated in the lease, so finally after 6 years I decided to moved out and they are not giving me my last month rent of $1795 back. The people who manage this property not proffessional at all and take advantage of people as you can see.
It was a pleasure renting from the Green Organization. The apartment was beautiful and they were very responsive whenever I reached out with questions, maintenance requests, etc. Will definitely consider renting from them again in the future!
