Jumped right off the train and into this little shop when visiting Glenwood Springs was such an awesome experience? Very convenient for those of us visiting and just getting off the train. And the staff was so very friendly. It made for such an awesome three day weekend.
There is an older woman employee at this establishment who is knowledgeable and comes off very nice at first, until you ask a question that she deems stupid and you can tell because of the look on her face and her body posture. Also her tone of voice changes drastically. I understand that working in customer service and especially in the industry that she is in day after day with person after person can be really draining and after a while start to not be able to mask your true emotion. If they weren't the only place that carried my favorite edible I wouldn't shop here. The woman with the blonde pony tail is so rude. She acts like you're bothering her. The only time she looks you in the eye or smiles is after you tip her and are leaving.
