The Green Branch was wonderful to work with and did an amazing job on our wedding flowers. They were very friendly, detail oriented, and really brought my vision to life.
Every bouquet I’ve received has been a 10! My in-laws send me flowers several times a year and the bouquets always thrill. Stopped in today to order flowers for a friend and Kim, the owner, is such a pleasure to work with. We had a nice chitchat and turns out she knows my friend and her preferences. I know these flowers will knock her socks off. Just another wonderful reason to shop local!
Took a $400 order for a celebration of life on August 8, 2025. Day of event, no flowers. After calling my friend went to the shop to see a sign posted that they were on vacation for two weeks! They’ve offered a refund when they return from vacation, but that’s not enough. A refund is the bare minimum and the cc company would reverse the charges without green branch’s okay. Green branch needs to do more to make this right. Make a donation to the deceased church, etc. This was a BIG mistake. Show you care.
If I could rate this place a negative 10 I would. I live in Glen Ellyn and when my dad passed away in June I could have gone anywhere or even purchased flowers online for his memorial. But wanted to stay in GE and use The Green Branch. I went into the shop on July 17 and placed my order for delivery date of Aug 8, my dad’s Celebration of Life memorial (by the way spending close to $400). Skip to yesterday Aug 8.
