We loved renting at The Green and would recommend it highly to anyone. They get that the people living here are real people and that life circumstances change. They are very considerate, flexible, understanding, and communicate well. We could not have asked for a better team while we navigated some major life changes. We will miss them! Enjoying my time here. The staff is friendly and helpful to anything I need. And it has great amenities. A good location with many things going on around the area.
I recently lived at The Green for two years and absolutely loved living in the building. It was so comfortable in every way. The building and apartment features are modern. The closet space is ample, kitchen has plenty of cabinets and the apartments have lots of natural light flowing in. I especially love how well maintained the property is. Place is great and the neighborhood around it is up and coming. Bordering Glen Ridge, The Green is close to the parkway and other major routes. 5 min walk to train into NYC. I was referred by a friend to take a look at the building. My experience began with Nick Rodriguez from leasing. He was able to adjust his schedule and made an appointment for same day.
