Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would recommend anyone considering Greathouse for their landscaping to look elsewhere. Low quality work. Poor communication. Incomplete warranty work.
Th leaf blower in Spring Hill blew stuff all over my vehicle and I can't get an answer at this company to address the situation. When I tried to speak to the man about blowing it toward an empty spot instead of all over my car he said park somewhere else on Tuesday. I was at a Dr appt and was parked there before they started blowing stuff. Now my car is covered in dust and it was just cleaned. I would never do this to anyone's car so please think twice before hiring them to landscape your business.
We have worked with Greathouse for a number of years now, they are an amazing company… And it all starts with Hillary, our project coordinator who is amazing!
Love this company. Great work. Employees even better.
