The plumbers were on time; they inspected the area and explained the procedure and cost. They went to Home Depot ( additional fee ) to pick up the unit, a new filter and the salt. They quickly returned and in only a few hours they had my new water softener installed and the old one packed up and gone. They explained how it worked and the controls.
