Harrison and Steve did an absolutely WONDERFUL job. My fiance and I had just bought this house and found out the plumbing was completely shot. Harrison came and scoped it and was professional and polite. Very insightful. Took them only TWO days to completely replace my drain system and now it works like MAGIC. You absolutely must give him a raise!!! Wonderful and professional, thank you guys SO MUCH. And we will absolutely be back if we ever need a plumber again!!!!
Harrison McDaniel is as a wonderful expert with the Greatful Plumber. He was very personable and extremely respectful. I was very impressed when he entered our home with shoe covers to help prevent any dirt tracks from coming in. He was able to give us 2 solutions. He was very thorough and was able to give us a detailed diagnostic about replacing our shower cartridge. He was very transparent about the solutions. He made sure to go through the less invasive route first before going through dry wall to access the cartridge.... read more
This company is awesome ! If you are debating who to choose for your plumbing needs.. THIS IS THE PLACE… Ed and his whole team are amazing …. They go above and beyond and do great work at fair prices…… but whatever their price is, just pay it… they will make sure its done right and follow up with you promptly and all the other good stuff inbetween! The Greatful Plumber lives up to their name. Great service, on time, and incredibly helpful. Harrison was on time and friendly upon arrival. He was able to fix the problem with ease and with a great attitude. I am grateful for these guys. Will definitely use them again in the future.
I called The Grateful Plumber and spoke with Twee she was so professional and kind . They got me on the schedule the same day and very fair in pricing. Harrison came out and did a wonderful job and I am grateful . I would definitely refer them to anyone with a plumbing issue. Thank you so much !! :)
