Yvan sanded and stained my entire home of roughly 3000 sq.ft. At a very reasonable price. The oak floor looks wonderful and I would recommend Yvan to anyone needing floor work done. Definitely a 5 star performance.
My go to flooring installer! Consistently provides high quality work. -PennebakerGC
Yvan did an amazing job in my home and at my mother’s house. I highly recommend Great Oak Hardwood floors
Yvan was a pleasure to work with and did a fantastic job on our floors. He was communicative, prompt, tidy, and finished the jobs he did for us early or on time. His work is very high quality. I would hire him again without question and recommend him wholeheartedly.
Yvan resurfaced our wood floors in our 1912 N. Oakland bungalow and did an amazing job, particularly in our kitchen where he did extra coats given it’s a high traffic area and an area with water usage. He was very easy to work with, had great pricing, and was able to fit us in without much notice. We highly recommend his expertise!
