Interesting encounter with the woman working Thursday night. She was lecturing my family and I on how we should read the disclosure on the difficulty of certain rooms on the site and I found her extremely rude. I won’t be returning due to her horrible customer service skills. The room was fun nonetheless, and Paul was great as well!

I brought my Junior and Senior high school students here for a field trip and it was awesome! They were extremely helpful and accommodating to our group. All the kids had a wonderful time! We will definitely use this place for field trips again in the future.

Stopped in while visiting WPB. Wonderful experience all around. We did the classroom and it was fun. Puzzles were interesting and not overly difficult (was the easiest room). Staff was very professional and informative. I am excited to see what the more difficult rooms have to offer.

My son and his friends loved the challenge and had a great time escaping their room. The staff was very nice and accommodating for a larger group. Located right downtown so you can walk to lots of different places for food or coffee. Plenty of parking near as well.
