I ordered a Hot Tub cover and asked if it would be like the one displayed at the store with a full hinge pad. They told me yes it would have that. I received my cover which is very nice but it doesn’t have the full hinge pad as stated. I communicated with my salesman and he was checking into it. He wanted pictures and receipts, so I called the company that made it directly and they don’t make a cover with that feature. I contacted the salesman again and have not heard back from anyone.
