I have been a loyal customer since 2010. I always buy all my pool supplies from the Great Escape in Merrillville. Most recently I was in need of a resin top rail for my Enclave pool. I reached out to Wilbar and they wanted to charge me almost the same amount for shipping as what the part cost. They also said they couldn’t guarantee I would receive it timely. They’re generally ok for small purchases but I wouldn’t buy a pool from them again because the installers are horrendous. First off, Great Escape warned me ahead of time that they wouldn’t haul away the old pool but that they would bring it out to the curb for me. That turned out to be a lie — the installers left everything in a heap in my yard, strewn about haphazardly, and outright refused to bring it to the curb.
