salesman Ricky was friendly and knew his products and checked/found inventory for color wife wanted. furniture arrived and looks great! set up was by 2 friendly delivery brothers who were efficient and treated us and furniture with respect. also cleaned up afterwards. we are very happy with purchase/delivery/set up
