Great service. Thorough on the purchase, installation, electrical. Great all around. I waited 2 years to write this - making sure the service stayed solid - it sure did!
My husband and I have had a service ticket for our hot tub repair since November 5th. We were told our service repair technician, Drake, would be out asap. He even gave us his cell phone number. Two weeks later I called to check on our repair status. They assured us the service ticket was valid and that we would have a repair soon. Nothing!
