My husband and I have had a service ticket for our hot tub repair since November 5th. We were told our service repair technician, Drake, would be out asap. He even gave us his cell phone number. Two weeks later I called to check on our repair status. They assured us the service ticket was valid and that we would have a repair soon. Nothing! Super expensive furniture but good expertise in hot tubs
We purchased a Finnleo Hallmark 57. The sales and service was outstanding. We love the sauna.
