Best place to buy a Swimming Pool! – Some friends of ours suggested we go to the Pool Place to look at installing an inground pool for our family. Even though it was their Christmas season, the salesperson Doc was very helpful in finding what we wanted! I was very impressed with their customer service skills and variety of options for our pool. I can't wait to be able to use it next spring!
Terrible Customer Service – If I could I would have given a lower rating. My husband and I purchased an inground pool $25,000.00. Sales person "DOC" was very nice and professional, BUT everything else was a nightmare. Installer finally showed up after we had to call and visit The Pool Place. Gave us a very low estimate and we never heard back, my husband had to call The Pool Place again before Scott finally called back and told him it was going to be an additional $4,000.00 + and said he would bring all the details out to us... read more
more pool-less Christmas – If you want pool stuff after August good luck. Noone wants to help unless you are interested in some ornaments or a tree.
The Best folks in town – I have done business with the Pool Place for years. They have the best selection and their staff is the best. The keep knowledgable staff on year round and they know their stuff. Also, their pricing is almost always the best you can find.
