Best Real Estate Around – In my dealings with this area, this is the ONLY real estate company or agents that I would work with. The others are uneducated at best and do not offer any valuable advice or assistance. !st time buyers – I think the problem with this site is that people come her to only talk about a bad experience. When the truth is I am sure if you think about it there is a few bad reviews on this site but think about how many houses they have helped people find and sell it out ways a few bad comments. Very Helpful – I called Great American Real Estate today about a deal from over 10 years ago. They were very helpful. I was impressed with their quick, friendly response. If I was to move to their area, I would not hesitate to use them as my agent.
The Truth – The comment from Happy with our Home from Great American is a great one and I might actually taking it into consideration if it wasnt from the daughter in law of Ron DeCesare. She is married to his oldest son, they had no choice but to use Great American and of course they're not going to tell the truth about how horrible this company is.
Happy with our home from Great American – My husband and I went to Great American Real Estate Company to buy our home. Someone always picked up the phone including calls we made to the cell phone numbers in the evening & also on weekends. They showed us the house when it was most convenient for us. We were very happy with the service. We also bought a rental property through Great American Real Estate because we experienced great service by an intelligent realtor. I guess not enough happy customers post reviews.
2 sides to every story – I am the Owner of Geat American. We have been the market leader in our area since our inception in 1988. I dispute the 3 reviews and ask that the cowards who wrote them contact me. The information is incorrect, at best. ...However, while I don't like any negative comments, 3 negative reviews in 21 yrs and thousands of satisfied clients isn't so bad. ....forward to 8/09..none of the cowards contacted me so I'm guessing the comments were not made to help anyone but simply personal attacks. Seller beware!!! Do not use Great American!!! – I have to agree with the other bad reviews for this firm. If you like them showing your property to people with no funds to buy even though everyone was to be pre-approved, never any communication, and when asking the agent what the marketing plan is they reply "what do you mean marketing plan?" this is the firm for you!!!!! They also have done some unethical things in my opinion i will not elaborate on until my lawyer has finished reviewing everything. Seller beware!!! Stay aw... read more
worst real estate – we put a $500 deposit on a house .within 24 hours changed our minds. there was no fully executed contract .they refused to refund our money saying that they put the time into writing out the contract and we were never to contact them again. what jerks
This guy is a total PITA to deal with, use a different agent, alcholic son who answers the phone. – If you are looking deal with this agent, unless he is the sellers agent and the buyers agant, you are wasting you time. His only interest is getting the seller and buyer comission, even at the cost of losing the sellers money. There are plenty of good agents out there, this is the worst. His son is a total alcholic and is drunk during work and at the office. WARNING RUDE, LIAR, CHEATER.
