They cancelled my delivery order without explanation. I guess that's because I was on my own so just ordered 1 pizza & they offered free delivery at the time. This is so unfair.
HORRIBLE customer service!!!!! We've been ordering from GAP for several years now and have forgiven order errors in the past, but today absolutely ended it!! We did not receive part of our meal. When we called, I was told I needed to pick it up, then I was told they'd deliver it "when they could" (which was in no way acceptable seeing that dinner SHOULD be eaten together not in pieces and parts, then, when I asked to speak to the manager, who, after pulling teeth, gave up the name of Gerald, I was yelled at and argued with i... read more
