This place should be named smash em up carwash!. They did $7000 worth of damage to my new Honda Pilot by somehow crashing it into a couple of concrete pillars. And the the sleazy owner refused to take responsibility for the damages. Avoid this place if you value your car
I'm very disappointed in the need to write a review like this.... I have been using Vision since before it was Vision. I have raved about their work FOR YEARS! Unfortunately, I can no longer speak highly of them. I have had 2 cars at their car wash this week to be washed. Took 1 in on Monday, and it was still dirty in a lot of spots when I got home. Amazing service and did a great job! Interior and exterior looks good. I got the extreme wash Update: went again 6/14 and got the same wash. Definitely not the same experience our cleanliness. The windshield doesn’t look clean, doesn’t look as good on the inside and there were still dead bugs on grill and back of mirror. Not consistent. Won’t change rating yet but we will see next time I go and then I will update
By far the best car wash in town. Every employee works so hard. They’re incredibly detail oriented. Worth the wait.
Drove up to get a wash but apparently they were short on staff so waited 15 minutes before done finally asked what I wanted. Paid the$20 charge ( highest price around too) for a basic wash, waited another 10 minutes then finally someone showed up to drive the van through. Not a good experience to say the least. The only good thing was that unlike the multiple other wash companies nearby, they did wipe the car down with rags, but by the time it sat in the sun waiting, the water had pretty much dried on.
