Oversight of the employees
Have been going there for years but not anymore. They want charge a $2.00 up charge for a full size truck and mine is a Toyota Tacoma I’m sorry but that’s not a full size truck
I agree with the majority of the complaints here. Wish I had seen them earlier. New ownership/service has definitely gone downhill. They broke the driver's side door handle on the inside of my car. The manager did nothing but deny it and essentially call me a liar to my face. When I spoke with the owner, he pretty much stated that he has never had anything like this happen. Whatever you do..... DO NOT ever use this carwash. They scratched not only my car, but another lady's all within 5 minutes. The carwash was probably the worst wash job I have ever seen. No interior wipe down at all. The outside was still had dirt all over it that they had smeared around. But the worst was definitely the scratches all down my passenger side. BEWARE! They destroyed my car and unwilling to pay for their negligence. They ran the car thru their wash with the antenna erected and broke it. Water from the wash somehow also created an electrical short which took out the electric fuel pump among other things. Car had to be towed. Damage estimate well over $1000. Car wash owners response was we accept no liability for damage to your vehicle. So if you bring your car to them and they destroy it - your fault for choosing them.
They changed owners this people suck. They take forever to wash and they leave your vehicle unfinished i will never go back. They probably close in 3 months or so. It wont survive.....
Way better quality of service than other “local” car washes and way better prices!! Highly recommended.
