Terrible customer service. Lady at the counter was very rude. Pathetic way of dealing with customer.

They weren't open but she was really nice
The bagel and cream cheese was definitely not the best bagel I’ve had, maybe one of the worst. Also they charged me more than the posted price. It was strange. I should have just ate the bag of carrots in my bag.
Waited for 10 mins at 9am and no one ever came to the counter.
