Young lady working was extremely rude. Had an attitude with the whole line of customers and was rolling her eyes. Then proceeded to talk to her coworker and talk smack about the people in line. Is this really the standard Great American Bagel Panini holds? Lady needs to be fired!!
3 employees working. None said hello. Eventually one walked over and took our order. Made it wrong. Got a nasty attitude when I asked her to fix it. Horrible customer service skills. Food was fine. Eventually.
Walked up to the counter at the N.O. Airport at 10:36 AM and was rudely informed that “we ain’t open”. How can a bagel restaurant be closed at 10:36 in the morning?
