I had a very upsetting experience at this location on April 13, 2025, with a massage therapist named Lilya Shayten. The session was deeply unprofessional — the therapist removed the sheet covering me without consent, made inappropriate comments about my appearance, and crossed multiple boundaries that left me feeling exposed and violated. I left feeling shaken and uncomfortable — both physically and emotionally. I've been going here periodically for a few years now. I've always had a great experience. I just go for the chair massages, but I know they offer the traditional lay down ones as well. I've had a different RMT each time and all have been amazing. Bonus! They just started offering direct billing.
RMT here are great. Very busy constantly. There are a lot of people who mistaken Hailey as female but he is a male RMT and does a great job.
