Very Disappointing Experience I am a regular customer, but after what happened today, I feel very disappointed with the way I was treated at The Great American Backrub. Around 2:00 PM, I called to book a one-hour massage for the evening. Later, they called me back and asked if I could come at 7:10 PM instead, and I agreed. We love coming here for a quick massage.
Came in for a 30 min massage with a friend. They booked a time for us together the same day. I came in with a very tense upper back and they did the work or loosening it. It certainly wasn't a gentle pampering massage. It was rough. I had to ask for him to take the intensity down a notch BUT it did the job👍🏽 They weren't able to process it through my benefits but it's fine. I would come here again if I was pressed on time and money and just needed my knots "untied".
