I've been going to this location for over a decade. As long as Evelyn and Brenna work here, I'm not going anywhere else for massages. Evelyn and Brenna are simply amazing and professional. I always leave feeling so relaxed and at ease. The receptionists are all very kind and welcoming.

Very Disappointing Experience I am a regular customer, but after what happened today, I feel very disappointed with the way I was treated at The Great American Backrub. Around 2:00 PM, I called to book a one-hour massage for the evening. Later, they called me back and asked if I could come at 7:10 PM instead, and I agreed.
