Showed up for a simple clean shave with a blade. got assigned a lady. While she was nice, she didn’t say or understand a word of English. They took some towel put Luke warm water on it and threw it on my face (towel had a smell). After the shave lady decides to do another pass and give me the worst electric razor burn I ever got.
