I’ve really enjoyed living at The Graystone so far. The building feels modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed without feeling overly flashy. The amenities are probably my favorite part, especially the views, gym, and thoughtfully appointed common spaces. The location is also extremely walkable with great transit access, which makes getting around Seattle very convenient. I’ve also been impressed with the quality of the units and finishes. Loving everything about this place. Convenient yet quiet, safe, with a wonderful concierge and maintenance crew. Truly a gem in the First Hill neighborhood.
