amazing and clear place walk through with tamara she was every nice and knowledge well be signing up my lease soon amazing staff also
My gf and I had a great time moving in here, the apartment is HUGE and everything is well made and installed. We've had 0 problems on our end. We finally have people move in above us and it's still really quite, not sure why others are having problems. The pool and grill area is awesome and will provide entertainment this summer. We will be resigning our lease when the time comes!
Started off as a good apartment place---not so much anymore--have had to call twice to get un-sticker vehicles moved from restricted parking areas. Now tonight same truck that has parked in the red zone in front of the garage we pay for is back again. Was told this was taken care of. Walls and floors are cheap. Folks above us with kids run the floors til midnight. Folks speed through parking lot and nothing really gets done about it. Few more months and we are gone. Do not rent here. THE GRAYSON APARTMENTS ARE A ABSOLUTE MESS!! THE WALL OR EXTREMELY THIN, THERE IS WEED & BREAKINS ON THE PROPERTY. THE OFFICE STAFF IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL!! THIS A HIGH PRICE LUXURY GHETTO! DON'T MOVE HERE U WILL BE VERY UPSET THAT YOU DID!
The best apartments I have lived in, lives up to its name"luxury home" safe, I enjoy coming home
