Great staff, super helpful and informative. Please pay attention where you park, there is only a small sign to guide you to park off to the side so it allows for more cars
After countless appointments with different doctors, we were still searching for answers. My daughter continued to struggle, and despite our concerns, important issues were repeatedly overlooked. Then we found Dr. Andre Grauman. From the moment we met him, we felt heard. He took the time to listen, asked thoughtful questions, and looked beyond the obvious instead of rushing to a conclusion. His thorough approach led to the discovery of medical issues that multiple other doctors had completely missed.
Had a great experience at the clinic for my iron infusion. The nurses were very friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The seating was like sofa-style chairs which made it easy to relax during the treatment. They also advised bringing water, which was helpful. Overall, clean, calm environment and caring staff.
We arrived for our appointment 10 mins early. They are under construction and have made no plans for handicapped people. There is a 2 inch cement lip at the entrance to the door that is not accessible. We had to take chairs and line them up so an 81 year old one, blind, one legged man in a scooter could shuffle through the door. When we finally fought our way in, another client arrived 1 hour late.
