I have needed to visit the The Gray Clinic recently . I have had a wonderful experience from the phone visit with Dr Grauman to his kind and reassuring staff.
I've been seeing Dr. Grauman for a while now, and he's a truly great family doctor. Even when I feel a bit overwhelmed discussing all the health issues I'm dealing with, he always listens patiently and treats me with care and respect. He's especially been attentive to my ferritin levels, and thanks to his help, my energy levels have noticeably improved. I really appreciate his support.
I went to Gray Clinic for an iron infusion. Seeing other places that do this procedure, Gray Clinic MUST do better than seating you in a regular chair with a nurse sitting across from you holding the line THE WHOLE TIME. The experience was quite uncomfortable. Staff should buy reclining chairs, and drips for patients to be more comfortable.
