Awful to deal with. It’s impossible to reach anybody by phone. If they do answer, They will say “ Please hold” And put you on hold before you can even say one word. Then you’ll wait there 11 minutes before you get tired of waiting and hang up if you’re anything like me.. then the doctor.. Absolutely frustrating. I’ve passed out two times, and been in bed for four days straight due to low iron. I need to get an infusion. Every single time you get an infusion apparently you need a consult. Lady on the phone booking my appointment was so pleasant
Great staff, super helpful and informative. Please pay attention where you park, there is only a small sign to guide you to park off to the side so it allows for more cars
