Been eyeballing the place for almost a month after dropping of someone to their job nearby and wanted try it so bad. Brought my son and the the young man who helped was so nice(not sure the spelling of his name, Emanuel I think. Sorry) 🥴Pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. I want to point out my son is Autistic and the experience was everything to us. I hope to get a membership if not be back soon hopefully.
Update June 2025: 2/5 stars No improvement since the last review. This place is run by beginners and youth team who have no awareness of safety or climbing etiquette. Weekend kids birthday parties are loud and obnoxious, with kids running around, screaming and getting right under climbers. The routes change every few months. Rating is inconsistent. They’re allergic to turning the AC on. It’s consistently way too hot here in the summer and they’re seemingly doing nothing to resolve this. Updates 1Y later: very poor staff oversight of children’s birthday parties, barely turn on the AC when it’s boiling in the gym, getting slower at resetting rope and boulder routes, insufficient cleaning of holds when resetting the routes (I see staff setting new routes with very chalked holds), and the gym brushes have had 0 brush hair for the past 2 years. Been going here for a couple of times and the climbs are great. Especially for beginners. They change up the walls seasonally so there will be new challenges.
