Associations Beware and Avoid. This provider failed at mowing, fall cleanup, and plowing for an 88 quad home association, leaving many residents having to do the work themselves. Some of those residences are not capable of outdoor maintenance, which is why they moved into an association. Lawn Service: Always late, went weeks without showing up. I was recommended The Grass Man from another company who uses them. I am so glad to have come across them! I had a hard time finding someone responsive, timely, and dependable- and doesn't break the bank! Mike came by the first sunny day this Spring and did an amazing job with our Spring cleanup- it hasn't looked this good in years and will make gardening much more enjoyable this year! Mike was fantastic! He did our fall clean up and I am so impressed with his work. He had all the equipment required to get our yard cleaned up from the fall. He started the job and didn’t take a break till it was all finished. Communication was great. You don’t see this kind of work ethic much these days. Leave your lawn care needs to Mike! You won’t be sorry!
