Very rude and dismissive on the phone. They clearly do not want or need any business.
I had a good experience at The Grass Guy's, the owner I can say that he is fair and decent with his team, he has the best work tools which make quality, and good employees I thank the owner very much for being very kind and giving me his support, God bless you and thank you, ex-employee Felix. I RECOMMEND IT!

Michael came out to the job did a quote for me was efficient, work with me on scheduling and he actually put on a pair of dust booties before he walked to my house. I knew I was in good hands. I had my whole backyard converted to artificial turf and I couldn't be more happy. Definitely recommending him to any family and friends and I'm having him do my home now as the business looks great
