I had the opportunity of being coached by Shaun and I loved it! He is a great teacher that simplifies complex movements, making it easily digestible and retainable. Apart from that, his friendly and easy-going attitude makes him a great person to train with all in all. Lastly, there are no easy rolls with Shaun but rest assured, he WILL pressure cook you into a diamond! One that is calm and tight under constant heavy pressure.
Highly recommend. Shaun is an outstanding martial arts instructor with well rounded skills in bjj, grappling and multiple forms of striking. He cares about the development of his students and teaches very clearly. This would be a great place to train, either as a beginner just starting out or for advanced levels looking to take their game to the next level. 5/5

Trained with Sean and the others for awhile now, always a good environment with lots to learn. The technique breakdowns, small details and solid rolls are second to none - I’ll definitely be coming here more often so I can improve my grappling with the best.
