Tyler was extremely instrumental in finding an extremely old shower part for me (38 yo).He is definitely a hard worker as he attempted to find a few that might match my broken part. I tried to return a broken heating element. The cashier had no interest in wanting to do the return. They stiffed me for $70. Not going back.
I worked in this location and would never recommend it to anyone. Inside sales is overworked while counter sales does nothing or is non existent. They force people out that voice their frustrations with it. The management is terrible and does nothing to address these issues leaving a toxic work environment. DO NOT work here if you want to move up. They only promote friends and not the hard workers. 0 Stars
