We are currently redoing our master bathroom at my family's home. So far in this one week & 3+ visits, they've not only sold our first slab that we chose and had held, but the 2nd one that was on hold for us as well. We went this morning to pay for the 2nd slab (well within the 1 week hold time, we had told them we just needed the measurements from HJ Martin) to find out again they had sold our slab! Refusal to wear masks during installation and ridiculing homeowners.
I purchased a quartz countertop from The Granite Company approximately four years ago. Soon after the installation I noticed the difficulty in maintaining a stain-free countertop. Coffee and some fruit juiceswere difficult to clean off the quartz countertop. I was told no routine protective applications were needed. I have struggled to keep my counters stain-free.
