For the past few week my father has been in the care of the Grange. They all did an excellent job of looking after him, including him in the events and I am very impressed with everything. I can highly recommend them on all levels.
Mum has just left the Grange and she had a very positive experience. The staff were really lovely and very helpful and the food was great. A big thank you to everyone there for the help and care given.
My mum was placed here for respite care following a fall. Unfortunately she had another fall shortly after being admitted. The Grange was not at fault for the fall but their attitude afterwards was very poor, collect your stuff, the room is no longer available, no concern for my mums wellbeing or empathy.
My wife spent a couple of weeks here due to a short illness and I really couldn’t recommend any higher. Good location, fantastic staff, wonderful work ethic, exceptionally clean, food and nutrition was excellent. A real five star centre for rest and recuperation.
