I am leaving this review in response to having seen both first hand and from others how absolutely horrible this business is. It doesn't take much to see what I mean, look at the other one star reviews and the extremely unprofessional feedback the business provided to the majority of those reviews (Jason, the owner, I assume writes them as it sounds something he'd write), potential tenants take note of the "like" number of the reviews with one star versus those with 5. In response to your comment: This 1-star review was on behalf of family who stayed at one of your companies Airbnb properties this past weekend. They were locked out of the unit due to an electric keypad having an electrical malfunction and the owner Jason Roggensee was less than helpful and rude, which based on the looks of some of the previous reviews and your responses, seems to be par for the course. I've tried calling no one answers or returns phone calls. I was given wrong code to check out units and can't get anyone to respond then they respond with telling me it's a 13 digit code but only gave me a 4 digit code
Very rude and unprofessional business. Will not EVER. Do any type of business with them. For context me and my boyfriend applied for one of their rentals and I was rejected due to a collection on my credit and my boyfriend was accepted. They informed my boyfriend he can still move in ALONE and initially I told him no but then I thought about it and told him he can go ahead and get the place for himself.
